01By deal moment

The question you are asking, at each moment

Each moment of the deal puts a different question to technology. Pick a moment to see how we help, what you leave with, and the service that fits. The same ledger carries the figures from one moment to the next.

  1. Moment 01Pre-deal
    Before signing

What is the technology really costing, and what is it worth to the thesis?

    How we help

We look at spend, contracts, applications and delivery capability next to the commercial case, and turn what we find into value and risk items your model can carry, not a list of IT observations.

    What you leave with
    • A baseline of technology spend and contracts
    • Value and risk items written so they can be priced
    • A first draft of the 100-day priorities
  2. Moment 02First 100 days
    From Day 1

Where do we start, and which moves are worth making first?

    How we help

A Technology Value Reset runs for 2–6 weeks at a fixed fee. Management leaves with a 90-day plan it owns, and the board sees where value is expected and how it will be checked.

    What you leave with
    • A 90-day plan with named owners
    • Forecasts marked as forecasts, never as savings
    • The decisions the board needs to take, and when
  3. Moment 03Hold period
    Between Day 100 and exit

Is the technology spend delivering what was approved?

    How we help

We track each initiative from identified to verified, keep forecast and verified value apart, and raise what is slipping before the quarterly review does.

    What you leave with
    • A value ledger: identified, validated, approved, implemented, verified
    • Forecast and verified value reported separately
    • Early warning on initiatives that slip
  4. Moment 04Add-ons
    Each acquisition

How do we combine systems, vendors and teams without stalling the business?

    How we help

We plan the integration around the synergies in the deal case: which platforms stay, which contracts end and when, and what the integration costs before it saves anything.

    What you leave with
    • A platform and vendor decision for each add-on
    • Integration cost set against the synergy case
    • A sequence the business can absorb
  5. Moment 05Exit readiness
    Before the sale process

Can we show a buyer what the technology has done, and what it still needs?

    How we help

We assemble the evidence: value verified during the hold, investment still needed and risks already known, so that a buyer’s diligence confirms what you have disclosed. We make no promise about what it does to price.

    What you leave with
    • A record of verified technology value
    • The remaining investment need, stated plainly
    • Known risks disclosed before a buyer finds them

02How an engagement starts

Three steps, each decided separately

  1. 01

    A conversation

Tell us the asset, the moment and the question. We say plainly whether we are the right fit.

  2. 02

    A scoped diagnostic

Usually a Technology Value Reset: 2–6 weeks, fixed fee, a 90-day plan at the end.

  3. 03

    Execution, scoped separately

Management executes, your partners execute, or Mirivis supports. You decide once the plan exists.

03What we will not claim

Evidence instead of promises

Investment committees discount promises. We give them evidence they can check instead.

  • No guaranteed savings and no savings percentages.
  • No promise of valuation uplift at exit.
  • Forecasts are never presented as realised savings.
  • Management keeps ownership of the outcomes.
